History
The town of Kerrville was founded in 1872 by Dr. Andrew Kerr along the Paducah and Memphis Railroad. Built in 1910, The Crossing at Kerrville was once a general store and was later passed down to the Densford family. The 300-year-old Black Oak Tree and icon for the property is the second largest in Tennessee.
Of all the buildings that housed stores over the years, this is the only structure remaining, and it has undergone extensive renovations to become the venue it is today. We’re proud to continue the tradition of making unforgettable memories in the town of Kerrville.
